The students who take up Resume and Interview subject are those that have their next plans targeted on getting the ideal job right after studying in Philinter. These students are usually by now assured with their common application of the language skill but are immensely worried about the fact of going through the hiring process awaiting them.

To resolve the concern, these students take the Resume and Interview subject in the Business Course for one month. The first and half weeks are spent on composing and organizing their resume with the supervision of the teacher. The teacher instructs the right way of achieving the right resume. To attain this is to make a resume that fits the company’s standard they aim to apply.

After the resume, job interview training starts. The lessons mainly include the etiquette and approaches or techniques in answering job interview questions. The teacher makes sure to limit the student’s answers to perfection.

After the classroom practices,atest is conducted. This involves appraisal of the resume and an actualscheduled interview by the Human Resources Department in Philinter. The production of the student’s resume and interview will be rated based on the international grading system, CEFR, in which the final rating will be printed on his/her Transcript of Records handed out upon graduation.

With the support of the Resume and Interview subject, these students definitely grow into much more confident individuals in winning their dream career.
