1. Verifying qualification of application

The teacher-applicant should possess the following:

  1. Completed at least 4 years in university (preferably with a degree of education major in English)
  2. Has a teacher’s license
  3. Preferably with teaching experience

2. Assessment of documents

Reviewing teacher-applicant documents submitted.
Documents include personal profile or resume; diploma; transcript of record; license; etc.

3. English Proficiency Test

The teacher- applicant has to take a written exam with the following English areas: Reading & Vocabulary; Writing; Grammar; and Listening

4. Initial interview

If the teacher-applicant passes the first 3 stages of application, the applicant will be interviewed by the head teacher

5. Pre-teaching demo Assessment

Vice-President, head teacher, academic coordinator conduct a panel interview with the teacher-applicant

6. Final Interview

The teacher will be final interview by the Vice-President, head teacher and academic coordinator

7. Employed/Hired

Employed/Hired

8. Orientation & Training

1-3 months training
After the training, re-evaluate teacher if satisfactorily met the standard of the school

9. Regular Assessment

Teachers are assessed regularly with the following criteria: class effectiveness; student feedback; peer evaluation; attendance; and other factors such as school participation. This multi-dimensional assessment framework defines the quality of our teachers in terms of professionalism and teaching expertise. Other than that, assessment is conducted for curriculum enhancement and teaching approaches and strategies development.
