You can look for a manager in the office, but it’s best to meet your child’s BUDDY TEACHER first.
BUDDY TEACHER oversees the entire class operation, including the child’s class satisfaction, tests, level changes, textbooks, and homework, and delivers appropriate messages to all of the child’s teachers.
If you, as a parent, have something to say to your child’s teachers, say it to BUDDY TEACHER. She/he will deliver your message well to all teachers.
Of course, even if you want to change teachers or classes, you can ask BUDDY TEACHER.
However, if there is a major problem with the teacher’s quality or attitude, please let the manager know.
