Below are some rules to keep in mind on your stay in PHILINTER ACADEMY. As both Sparta and Semi-Sparta programs are offered in the school, these regulations are in place for the benefit of all students.

Violation of any of these rules may result in a formal written warning, and accumulation of 3 warnings may lead to expulsion.
- Test absence
- Absence from evening programs (Review, IELTS/TOEIC Mission)
- Causing disruptions or disturbances to others’ studies
- Failing to follow legitimate instructions from teachers
- Unexcused absences: 2 times per week
- Being tardy (late) 2 times per week
- Failing to submit homework: 2 times per week
Please be aware that the following rules are considered severe violations and will result in immediate expulsion without any prior written or verbal warning:
- Intentional damage to bulletin board attachments
- Sexual harassment, jokes, or any form of physical contact with teachers
- Soliciting or lending money to a teacher or seeking additional employment from them
- Engaging in romantic relationships with teachers/staff
- Behaviors that threaten or intimidate teachers/staff
