The ability to use English is one of the gateways to the globe. This requires ample confidence and fluency in order to communicate. I believe there are various ways to boost a person’s self-esteem and proficiency in IELTS speaking.
One of the helpful ways to increase one’s faith in oneself in the spoken English is through constant engagement. This is a situation where a speaker involves herself in peer communication or daily conversation with other people. In order to broaden the possibility of better self-confidence, it is recommended that one should engage in an English conversation with other language learners, especially those who also want to learn how to speak the language.
The speaking ability of a learner or a speaker is not determined by how much they know about the language, but of the extent to how fluent they are in using it. Fluency in the language, particularly in IELTS speaking, means that an individual is not hesitant as to what vocabulary to use if she or he was able to use correct grammar. Fluent speakers also speak appropriately and coherently. In the desire to develop fluency, frequent practice is required as this allows a person to continue learning and improving what is wrong. Some of the activities a learner can do in the practice is communicating with other non-native speakers, using the language in context, listening to podcasts by native speakers, and recording one’s spoken English and listen for more points that need enhancement.
