A placement test is a short assessment used to determine the student’s skill level. It helps place the student in appropriate courses or programs, ensuring that they receive instruction that matches their abilities and needs.
WHEN and how long is the exam:
The placement test is conducted every Monday for new students. The test is taken from 8:00 to 10:30 AM.
WHAT subject will students take:
Students’ tests comprise all skills of English: Speaking, Listening, Grammar, Writing, Reading and Vocabulary
WHO should take the test:
This test is only for newly enrolled students to assess their proficiency in all skills of English. Through the placement test, we will be able to determine the classes that should be given to each individual.
HOW are results dealt with:
Once results are already available, an initial consultation will be done to identify the purpose of learning English and the skills that students want to focus on.
The PROGRESS TEST is the ideal instrument for improving the student’s Grammar, Reading and Vocabulary, Writing, Speaking, and Listening skills by optimizing its effectiveness and efficiency.
To monitor their academic progress, students are required to take Progress Tests at specific intervals corresponding to their study period. After every 4 weeks of classes, students should take the Progress Test.
Test results help teachers identify areas requiring extra support and modify teaching techniques to suit individual learners. Regular progress tests enable learners to monitor improvement and stay motivated towards their language learning objectives.
