Learn English the Right Way!

PHILINTER’s differentiation comes from how happy and satisfied our students are.
CAN CHRONICALLY ILL OR DISABLED PEOPLE REGISTER?

Studying at PHILINTER is possible even if you have a heart, lung, or liver disease, or if you are a person with a disability. However, at the time of registration, you must inform us of the severity of the disease, and our approval is required.

It is important to bring your necessary medication for your ailments or illnesses, and it’s advisable to check if they are available for purchase at the local hospitals or pharmacies in Cebu.

WHERE SHOULD I REGISTER?

PHILINTER has PARTNER AGENTS for each country, and registration is only received through them.

PARTNER AGENTS have shown trust to customers for years or decades. Not only will they give you accurate information about PHILINTER, but they will also be responsible for sending your tuition money safely to the school.

Please refer to the [PARTNER AGENT] menu on the homepage and ask them for consultation and registration procedures.

WHAT IF I’LL CANCEL BECAUSE OF COVID-19 OR INEVITABLE CIRCUMSTANCES 10 DAYS BEFORE SCHOOL ADMISSION?

PHILINTER regulations are as follows:

“If you suddenly cancel within 14 days before entering the school, you will be charged a $ 200 cancellation fee.”

However, if you cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, you may not be subject to the above regulation. However, you must submit evidence or proof for your cancellation.

WHAT IS THE REFUND RULE?

PHILINTER Refund Rules are not much different from other ESL language schools in Cebu.

* Cancellation before admission:
Full refund except for the admission fee. However, if you suddenly cancel within 14 days before entering the school, you will be charged a $ 200 cancellation fee.

* Cancel after admission:
If you have completed less than 50% of your studies, you will get a 50% refund for the remaining period. However, there is no refund if it exceeds half of the entire study period, or if the period is four weeks or less.

* If you are expelled due to a violation of the school rules, there is no refund for the remaining period.
If you have to stop studying due to your family’s death or illness, you can be subject to other regulations. Please refer to the orientation file for details.

ARE THERE MANY NATIONAL HOLIDAYS IN THE PHILIPPINES?

Yes, that’s right. There are a lot of national holidays in the Philippines. There is a weekday holiday of up to 25 days a year.

Since the holidays are 3-4 days during Easter in April and the year-end to New Year, it is a good idea to check the makeup schedule of classes before registering.

Especially, if you are considering studying for short-term study within 4 weeks, it is necessary to check the holidays.

PHILINTER is obliged to provide ’19 days of class monthly’. Therefore, we try to guarantee your rights academically.
