If you do not complete your study period, you will usually have to follow the refund policy. However, if you plan to return to school to study, it is advisable to use the HOLD SYSTEM, which preserves the remaining period of study abroad.
Our HOLD SYSTEM is as follows.
- If you apply for a hold, you can fully use the remaining period later.
- The holding period must be used within one year.
- After applying for a hold, it is not possible to request a refund.
- The holding period cannot be transferred to family or acquaintances.
Group classes are available for those with a lower level. Also, through the opening of classes every week, we are responding appropriately.
However, if the level is so low that communication is almost impossible, one-on-one classes will be used instead of group classes for a certain period of time.
In this case, 2 hours in a small group will be converted into a 1-hour one-on-one class.
Also, the decision to change these classes rests entirely with the office. Group classes are not converted to one-on-one classes at the student’s request.
You may not transfer any part of your classes to another person, not even family members.
Class and teacher changes are only available on Tuesdays and Fridays.
However, new students or those who have been enrolled for less than 2 weeks can change classes at any time.
Like a homeroom teacher, it supports students’ schedules, class changes, test preparation, and level management.
BUDDY TEACHER holds regular meetings with teachers who teach students, and mutually consults for the improvement of students’ English ability and satisfaction.
In addition, it serves as a support so that you can adapt well by conducting consultations on difficulties in studying abroad.
